Yesterday (February 12, 2011), I had the chance to join this new and unique kind of work-out. Since this is not yet being offered here in CDO, I immediately grabbed the opportunity. For 3 hours (5pm-8pm), we danced non-stop with out instructor from UK, Phoebe Jolly. With just 20 (more or less) participants (that includes the PE teachers in XU), we partied for fitness and wellness. We were enjoying so much that we were not able to keep track of the time. 3 hours was short. At the end, we were sweating very hard. It was all worth it. After all, it was just for free (well, at least for XU students and faculty like me).
Call me an “exercise freak” now. I know.
